What to Bring
To ensure your comprehensive eye exam is as efficient as possible, we ask that you bring the following items to your appointment. Please plan for your visit to take approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
- Your current prescription glasses and sunglasses
- Current contact lens boxes or your most recent lens prescription
- A valid insurance card and a form of photo identification
- A complete list of any medications you are currently taking
