Fenix Lumi began as a calm, modern optometry office in Moreno Valley — inside LensCrafters at The District / Town Circle — and now opens a second door in Chino, inside Sam’s Club #6610. Same independent doctors of optometry. Two convenient ways in.
Fenix Lumi is an independent doctor of optometry. Retail partners provide space and frames; we provide the exam and medical eye care. We are not Sam’s Club and we are not LensCrafters. The practice name on this site is Fenix Lumi Optometry. The legal entity may appear as Fenix Lumi, Corp on insurance and contracts.
