Amblyopia (lazy eye)
Patients looking up amblyopia in Moreno Valley (The District / Town Circle, inside LensCrafters) and Chino (inside Sam’s Club #6610) can start with a Fenix Lumi eye exam. We are independent doctors of optometry — not Sam’s Club and not LensCrafters. Amblyopia is a brain-vision problem, often from a difference in prescription or a turned eye. Treatment windows are kinder in childhood. Adults can still be examined; expectations differ. We diagnose and outline glasses, patching, or specialist referral.
- Vision screenings miss some cases
- Patching only works with the right prescription underneath
- Family follow-through is the treatment
